This is a Stadium visor, straight out of England.  It is a flip-up visor with a shatterproof polycarbonate shield.  The box advertises that it will fit all helmets with press fasteners.  These visors are very hard to find and work fantastically.  My girlfriend and myself both use them on our helmets.
