1965 Vespa SS90

This is the rarest and most desirable Vespa made.   Only 5309 of the Vespa SS90 was made from 1965 to 1971.  It was the factory cut down racer that didn't sell that well in its day making it very rare today.  This particular example had only 1018 original miles on the scooter before we completely restored it to it's present glory.  The scooter had no rust and only required minimal body work.  We completely stripped the body of paint and had all the body work metal finished.  Even in bare metal the scooter was perfectly straight before it was painted.  The paint and body work on this scooter cost more than most scooters sell for today and the quality of this restoration puts most restorations I've seen to shame.  There are N.O.S. components on this scooter that are impossible to find today and the attention to detail is insane.  I know this restoration cost me many hours of stress as I am very particular as to how I restore a scooter.  I did this scooter myself and it is the only one in my shop that I personally am responsible for completing.  Not to be immodest but I believe this SS90 to be the best example of one on earth.  I talk big but I back it up as well.  Even the photos I have here on my website do not begin to do this scooter justice.  Come and see this scooter for yourself even if you cannot begin to afford it.

$15,000

The list of N.O.S. components on this scooter include, but are not limited to, the:

Front Shock

Glove box lock

Column lock

Lock cover

Headlight

Taillight lense

Engine door lever

Kick start lever

There is no reproduction SS90 junk on this scooter either.  The fit and finish of those remade components is poor and not required on this scooter as it was complete before restoration.
